Family Home by Rachel Sloane Interiors in Greenwich, CT
When empty-nesters decided to upsize and modernize a traditional home in Greenwich, CT, we were game. In fact, like many of our clients, they insisted everything be extremely family-friendly, not for their own children, but for their grandchildren. In this project we partnered with both architect and contractor to strip away many dated and heavy architectural details to allow more light to flow through the elegant home. The clients love a neutral palette, which we employed by engaging in the natural elements outdoors and bringing them in to add warm layers that allowed for easy and happy summertime living.
