BMI executed inspirational design for Villa renovation services in Dubai Jumeirah golf club which is 4 BHK residential space. This project is fulfill complete satisfaction of our client and we have put all our expertise and project management skills. Our team has given services for removal of Existing Tiles and the Installation of New tiles as per requirement (tiles to be selected by client).

We served for the following services such as replacing floor tiles of the Living room, dining room, Kitchen, Corridor, Stores, 4 Bedrooms, changing Floor & Wall tiles of 5 Bathrooms.

Removal of the Existing WCs, Washbasins, Mirrors, Showers and all the Existing Fittings & Accessories from 5 Bathroom.

Installation of WCs, Mirrors, Showers, Water mixers, Faucets and necessary fittings and accessories in all 5 Bathrooms as per requirement.

Demolish of Existing Wall in Master Bathroom.

Installation of Glass wall Partition in Master Bathroom

Apply Surface Leveling and Waterproofing in all 5 Bathrooms.

Removal of Stairs Hand Railings and Installation of New Stairs Hand Railings with Glass as per requirement.

Removal of all Doors

Apply New Paint on Doors

Apply Walls Surface Leveling with plaster and necessary materials.

Apply Walls Paint on all areas i.e. bedrooms, corridors, staircase area.

Preparatory work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site, other facilities necessary for the work; and for other operations performed or costs incurred before the beginning of work.

The orderly, safe, and efficient return of a resource or resources to their original location and status.

Protection for shifting of material from outside to the site and also protection for work area.
