La Jolla

Located in the coastal San Diego community of La Jolla, the single family residence is a design-build project. Providing both the architectural design and construction, as well as the interior and landscape design, Marmol Radziner created a home that fully embraces the Southern California tradition of integrated indoor-outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and high ceilings and skylights throughout the two-level home allow light and create a feeling of spaciousness. Neutral tones and an earthy, textured materials palette further brighten the space to deliver a warm, livable, elegantly modern style.
