Informed by a union of classic Chicago charm and the client’s Persian heritage, Filip and Steve created a space graced with enchantment and definitive details. The family’s heirloom rugs were given a central role in the design, setting the scheme of jewel tones and unique floor plan. A sense of authenticity was thoughtfully offered to the renovation work by the presence of finer elements including custom woodworking, marble mosaics, and locally glazed tile in the master bath. Large terraces with colorful dining, living and lounging areas top off this dreamy concept. The resulting home carries a warm, energetic air which is sure to delight residents and guests.
