This new construction summer home in Bridgehampton, NY was built to accommodates the full, active lifestyles of two sisters and their families. It was important for there to be plenty of entertaining space for large groups, and equally important to have areas where families and guests could be afforded privacy. There are three master suites: one for each sister and one for the grandparents, and a suite of bedrooms for children, in addition to a nautically-themed bunk room that sleeps 11 with built-in custom beds. The breakfast room converts to a screened porch which connects to a rear patio. The rear yard has an expansive pool and pergola. Architecture: Granoff Associates; General Contractor: Hobbs, Inc.
