Onii San

Restaurant by UCHRONIA in Paris, FR

Paris, quartier du Marais Delivery may 2020

Restaurant capacity: 42 people

The Uchronia agency has adopted the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, or the art of imperfection, to embody this Parisian isakaya, which is due to open in May 2020 in the heart of the Marais district.

The izakayas are the equivalent of French bistro, where people join to enjoy plates to share accompanied by sake.

It is this Tokyo spirit, combining creative cuisine and controlled partying that results in a new Parisian experience. Julien Sebban has taken the decision to preserve the Parisian soul of the original restaurant by applying a philosophy of noble simplicity. Sober and graphic lines surround the open kitchen, its large counter and a majestic sideboard, to give full rein to the culinary show.

Onii-San offers a new interpretation of the Japanese art of living through modern, uncomplicated but authentic Tokyo codes.
