A very elegant 1860’s house with a contemporary feel. This property blends classic interiors with elements of modern design. The refurbishment specification was to upgrade and soften the interiors to make it more attractive to potential buyers. It was previously full of dark, heavy furniture with a very unspectacular colour scheme. We carried out the works as requested in a short space of time and on a low budget. Shortly after completion the property went to sealed bids and was sold.
