This brand new duplex unit with great view of Park Avenue needed a total overhaul to suit the lifestyle of the couple that needed Jennifer Post’s expertise to bring its unusual footprint - slender and very long with all exterior walls floor to ceiling glass. Whereas lack of light was hardly a concern, privacy most certainly was. The clients gave her a free rein to turn the apartment into an elegant gem. Jennifer took advantage of the northwest corner spaces being the grandest in the apartment with their dual exposures and turn them into living room and, upstairs, master suite. The dominant theme for the apartment was the whites cloaking the apartment and softening the natural light. Vibrant details in the furnishings punctuate the pristine expanses, giving the apartment a chic sense of spirit with a lively mix of custom silk rugs and contemporary furnishings and one of a kind period lighting fixtures.
