This beautiful 19th century Victorian property became a challenging double basement extension under the lower ground floor. From 4,700 sqft to 8,300 sqft, we have managed to extend the house to a very comfortably sized private home with swimming pool and stacking car lift. This house has many technical elements in the design that have been resolved in a creative and innovative manner. This is an example of what we do best in terms of high end residential projects both architecturally and from the interior design point of view. We combine design and alteration of the structure and the envelope of the building.
