After consulting on many real estate investment properties for this exceptionally supportive repeat client, Geremia was finally tapped to work on this developer’s own home — an 1870 Victorian with big plans for renovation and expansion. This personal project afforded the client the opportunity to take a slower approach to design and building, a very human-driven endeavor.

In this project, we worked very closely with the clients to build a collection of fine furnishings and decoration, setting them up for more meaningful acquisitions and local commissions. from custom millwork, metalwork and glass features to upholstery projects and hand-painted murals, every inch of this home was considered in great detail and constructed by hand with extreme care and attention.
