This loft-style residence blends ease and elegance making for an inviting, modern home. We reworked the layout to integrate a bespoke office area and a facing wine cabinet that adds functionality and style.

In the living room, textures are layered in to give the space warmth and add interest. An enveloping silhouette with contrasting floral jacquard and teal velvet fabrics make the wingback chair a standout piece. A pair of antique lion’s head chairs have been reupholstered in a soft leather to give them new life. Plush pillows and contemporary art add pops of color. The master bedroom is kept clean and calm with a unified unified color scheme and soft textures used in the upholstered velvet bed and silk draperies. This is tranquil place for our clients to unwind at the end of a busy day.
