Inspired by Venice Beach's artistic heritage, Electric Bowery partnered with art-rooted clients to design an inspired compound. They sought a site that balanced open space and urban energy, choosing an oversized lot in Venice.

The home's layout drew from Hacienda-style architecture and modern family compound designs, connecting interior and exterior spaces with gardens and abundant light. The property features architectural cornerstones, limestone, and vein-cut travertine finishes, as well as custom steel windows framing picturesque views. Warm plaster finishes and vibrant touches of turquoise complement the verdant landscape by Terremoto, creating a lush retreat.

Showcasing custom millwork in bleached oak and indigo-ebony finishes, the home is paired with carefully selected interior fixtures and Apparatus Studio lighting. Electric Bowery's composition of handcrafted elements and natural textures fosters daily creativity in a Wabi-Sabi-inspired environment.
