From the outside, this 1930s Laguna Beach bungalow appears to have barely aged. Step inside and you’ll find timeless millwork, wainscoting, and vintage hardware. The interior has been completely rebuilt for today, featuring an open plan and a kitchen that flows seamlessly to the veranda for effortless indoor-outdoor living.
We worked closely with our clients to make bold decisions regarding color selections, mixing patterns, and building custom furniture pieces that would enhance their space.
We aimed to create a sophisticated, cozy home that is new and unique for our clients and complements the surrounding neighborhood, while embracing the essence of coastal living.
