When were Junghans clocks made?

German watch and clockmaker Junghans was founded in 1861 and produced its first timepiece in 1866. In 1903, it was the largest clockmaker in the world, producing more than three million watches each year. In the 1950s, the company commissioned Max Bill to create a clock, and his “Kitchen Clock with Timer” was a Mid-Century work of art, and he continued to design wristwatches starting in 1961. In 1985, the company produced the first radio-controlled table clock, followed by the first radio-controlled wristwatch in 1990.
