The Versace designer who made the “pants-boots” is Donatella Versace. Pop star and fashion icon Jennifer Lopez was photographed in 2018 in what is likely the best known pair of denim Versace over-the-knee boots, which are pants-like in appearance and feature the celebrated label’s legendary Medusa detail, pockets and a belt. They are a true fashion statement. The over-the-knee boots that Lopez wore back then officially debuted as part of Versace’s 2019 Resort collection.
