ses créations témoignent d'un synthétisme des formeret des couleurs ainsi que d'un symbolisme émanant de l'union d'éléments variés , qu'ils soient anthropomorphes , zoomorphes, géométriques ou figuratifs .
Ses oeuvres sont exposées en France , aux Etats-unis , en Allemagne et Suisse .
Il gagne le prix d'honneur à la Biennale Internationale azuréenne de Cannes en 1967 .
La ville de Vallauris lui rend hommage en attribuant son nom à une salle d'exposition dédiée à la céramique et au design qui accueille la Biennale internationale de céramique d'Art à Vallauris .
