This is a really lovely mid-19th century Egyptian faux porphyry stone bust on a sienna marble plinth, circa 1860.  

Pink Pyrenees marble top. Bottom pedestal in Egypt and Black Belgium porphyry. Entirely decorated with carved and gold leaf gilded hieroglyphs.
