Gibson Bayh frequently used silks and brocades selected from Gump's famous collection of Asian art treasures. Bayh designed with a dramatic sense of Hollywood glamour for clients such as Dinah Shore, Lily Pons and Anne Baxter. Some of his original garments can be found in fashion museums around the world. Bayh often attached fabric swatches to his designs.
