Colonial Tent Pegging Photograph, Poona 1903. Rare sepia toned late Victorian Colonial photograph showing a group of horsemen 'Tent Pegging' with the caption 'Poona 1903'.

Was used to put horse shoe racks over the pegs as they are strong and well suited to hold many in one peg.It has a original light painted taupe surface.

Notice the raw edge and hand-hewn peg legs that sit level. There is a slight bow to the top, but this does not impact the ability to place glassware and other items upon it.
