W.W. Hung (b. Hong Kong) establishes poignant human narratives in cast bronze and resin. His dynamic figures possess powerful spatial presence despite often being intimate in scale. Hung studied architecture at the University of Waterloo, earning a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1997. After graduation, Hung relocated to New York City, where he worked with several leading design firms. In 2004, he became a member of the American Institute of Architects and in 2015, a Member of the Sculptors Society of Canada. Hung’s work is held in private collections in Canada, France, and the US.to
