Elegant Louis XV style armchair from the 1950s. Upholstered in embossed velvet in shades of brown, green and blue. It has a curved base and armrests sculpted with scrolls. Very pretty, very decorative Louis XV style armchair. Comfortable. The wood is painted in off-white. France mid 20th century The Louis XIV style is a furnishing style covering more or less the period of the reign of Louis XIV (1661 to 1715).
