Untitled #6 (Man Regent St) from the series Eternal London is a Limited Edition Silver Gelatin print by Giacomo Brunelli. This size of 9" x 12" from a Limited Edition of 10. As the edition sells through, the print increases in price to reflect rarity. Giacomo Brunelli was commissioned by The Photographer's Gallery, London, to capture the heart of the capital city where he lives. Made over the course of 2 years, Eternal London takes Brunelli's distinctive film noir aesthetic to create an evocative and atmospheric view of London, full of powerful light and shadow work. Framed by boldly abstract silhouettes of people and animals, London's famous landmarks are presented in a less-than-obvious way, reflected in the puddles that typify English weather or looming as a mysterious structure in the background. Captured during daily morning walks, Brunelli randomly chose a person to follow before focussing his camera on them. Working discreetly, like early 20th century photographers such as Jacob Riis...
