Don Langford Art
American
Don Langford was born in a small town near Montgomery City, Missouri, and moved to Los Angeles in 1952. He studied with Larry Kronquist, is a listed California plein air artist and is a member of the California Art Club. Langford became a full-time professional artist after spending most of his professional life in finance. His transition from finance to art is documented in his biography I’d Rather Be Painting: The Story of My Journey from Finance to Fine Art. Langford is represented by galleries such as Lu Martin Galleries, Laguna Beach. His work often features trees in extensive landscapes in all seasons, but seascapes are also executed by his talented hand.
