American Pop art sculptor Robin Antar has been called “Brooklyn’s answer to Andy Warhol.” She brings Pop art to stone, carving iconic American food and designer clothing with her distinct brand of hyperrealism. Robin Antar began sculpting in 1974 and had already paid her dues in sweat and stone dust before receiving a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York in 1981.
