The third and final album from one of the most influential bands of the latter 20th century, "In Utero" was released by Nirvana in September 1993. Distributed by DGC, a division of Geffen Records (both of whose logos are on the bottom of this poster), the album featured classics such as "Heart Shaped Box", "All Apologies" and "Pennyroyal Tea".
The album was a critical and commercial smash success, in spite of the bands attempt to create a less commercial sound following their huge fame.
