This oversized 38-inch table lamp (approx. 3 ft; 96 cm) is a commanding, sculptural presence—an authentic lava glaze table lamp remade as functional art. The vase base captures the high drama of late-’60s mid-century modernist West German pottery: a smoky blue-gray gradient dissolves into a glossy, molten band of vivid orange that flows over a cratered, black “lava” texture. The mix of matte, gloss, and bubbled surfaces shimmers like cooled magma.
