The distinctive metal rim that supports the seats, the tables, the cabinets, graphically encompasses the material with which they are made. With the massive dimensions and the softness of the fittings, the materials are enhanced in their characteristics creating a sculptural effect and giving a distinct personality to each element of the collection. Structure: Die casted aluminum on the angular elements and extruded aluminum for the supporting structure on the perimeter. Internal structure in wood with metal supporting frame. Cushions: Back cushions in high grammage wadding with internal rubber insert. Seat cushions in polyurethane rubber of different densities. Covers: Back covers are completely removable for both fabric and leather versions. Base: The sofa, armchair and ottoman are based on the Bold family of castings. The Bold castings are made of Italian aluminum, die casted inhouse at Ghidini1961. Polished manually, and lacquered with a transparent finish to guarantee a long lasting durability.
