This excellent ANTIQUE VIENNESE CUP WITH SAUCER DERIVING FROM AUSTRIAN IMPERIAL PORCELAIN MANUFACTORY is decorated in finest manner with ABUNDANT PAINTINGS DEPICTING VARIOUS ORNAMENTS, consisting of patterns of geometric as well as of floral type, further there are rings of snakes visible - all golden painted / further INLAYS MADE OF SILVER visible - these laid on white shaded bottom / the cup's wall is decorated with FINEST PICTURE PAINTING - it is a LANDSCAPE
presenting following (BLACK PAINTED INSCRIPTION AT CUP'S REVERSE SIDE VISIBLE): "Ansicht des Trinkkurplatzes auf dem Glacis vor dem Carolinenthore zu Wien" ( = View of drinking place for reconvalescence treatment, being situated on the Glacis, in front of the Caroline Gate in Vienna ).
