Irene Galitzine, a Russian born Princess, became a world class designer in her adopted home of Italy. She was so stylish that she was elected to The International Best Dressed List in 1965, and she is credited with creating palazzo pants in the 1960's. This ultra chic velvet and mink trimmed ensemble is a fabulous example of her elegant designs.
French blue velvet and blue iris mink combine beautifully in this tunic and pants ensemble.
