Striking Scandinavian modern art glass vase designed by Bengt Orup for Johansfors Glasbruk, Sweden, circa 1960s. This elegant bottle-form vase features a tall, slender neck rising from a gently rounded body, measuring approximately 41 cm high and 7 cm in diameter. The clear crystal ground is infused with flowing swirls of cobalt blue, turquoise, and soft green, creating a dynamic, organic movement within the glass. Fine bubbles suspended throughout add depth and luminosity, enhancing the sculptural quality of the piece. This large vintage table lamp was made by Hyllinge Glasswork in Sweden in the 1960's or early 1970's. A design by Gert Nyström. It is made of thick white colored glass, with a clear round glass top. The lamp is in a very good condition with hardly any signs of age and use. A true eyecatcher due to shape and size and a very timeless piece of Swedish design. The white color and the shape make it a very calm piece that can bring tranquility to a room. It would look good with different lampshade designs or prints in combination with the calm shape...
