Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The padding in the chair is a bit stiff and may eventually need redone. The fabric has no holes that we have detected, and it has been professionally shampooed but it does have some worn areas on the arm fronts, overall fading, and the buttons stayed a little dingy so, although we adore this coral-colored frieze fabric...
