This exceptional antique Georgian sterling silver tea caddy has an oval form. The surface of the tea caddy is encompassed with bright cut engraved fabric swag designs and floral festoons, suspended from impressive spiralling foliate anchor-points accented with pensile bud designs. Each spiralling motif flanks a shield shaped cartouche displaying the contemporary engraved initials 'WM' and surmounted with a ribbon style bow. A fine and impressive, large antique George III English sterling silver cream jug made by Henry Chawner, an addition to our Georgian silver teaware collection. This fine antique George III sterling silver cream jug has an oval shaped form. The surface of the incurved panelled body is plain and embellished with a bright cut engraved oval carotuche to either side, one side bears the contemporary engraved initials' and the other remains vacant. The upper and lower rims are encompassed with applied reed decorated borders. This fine Georgian silver cream jug is fitted with a plain scrolling handle ornamented with applied moulded decoration. A very good vintage Elizabeth II English sterling silver caddy spoon modelled in the form of a jockey cap; an addition to our diverse teaware collection. This vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver caddy spoon is realistically modelled in the form of a jockey cap; the design is based on an original George III jockey cap style caddy spoon. The outer surface of the cap is encircled with embossed panels of ribbed decoration accented with stylised husk pendant drops. The peak of the cap is embellished with embossed star, bead and octofoil motif decoration on a ribbed background incorporating a vacant shield shaped cartouche. This unusual vintage silver caddy spoon will sit on either the convex or concave side of the bowl. Condition This vintage caddy spoon is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in exceptional presentation condition. The embossed decoration is very sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the rear of the bowl are all very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of vintage silverware.
