A wonderfully rare hexagonal pastel pink sconce from ceramic and opaline glass. This unusual piece dates from the mid-1950s, and has been made by Lyskaer Belysning, Denmark, after Wilhelm Wagenfeld's Bauhaus lamps. Bauhaus-inspired, yet with a mid-century Danish design twist. Probably originally intended for bathrooms. Opal glass shade that attaches to the pastel pink ceramic base. Fantastic design and color scheme of the 50s! In unused condition. Photo 9 shows the lamp in combination with Ifö sconces...
