Mario Mazzer Furniture
Mario Mazzer graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1978 and in 1979 earned a diploma in industrial design from the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. He trained there in the 1970s, collaborating with masters of Italian design, and in 1980 he founded Mario Mazzer Architects in Conegliano Veneto. He has spoken at numerous conferences and conventions. In 1996, he received an honorable mention in the ID Annual Design Review in New York. His products have been included numerous times in the ADI Design Index and the International Design Yearbook. In 2001, his monograph, Thinking about Things: Mario Mazzer Designer, was published. He was included in "The Design Encyclopedia," MoMA New York 2004. He has received numerous awards, including the "Good Design Award," the "Red Dot Award," and the "IF Product Design Award."
