This fancy brooch features a beautiful dual flower and branch design that is completely drenched with TOP QUALITY sapphires and diamonds throughout. The round brilliant cut sapphires total approximaltey 4.60 carats in weight, of which two have been randomly selected by GIA for testing, indicating that they are 100% natural sapphires with one having no indications of heat treatment and the other having minor and acceptable heat treatment.
