Ramon Pichot Soler belongs to a family closely linked to the arts. His father - Ricard Pichot- and uncle Luis were closely related to music: the first cellist, pupil of Pau Casals, and the second violinist. Closer to the artistic activity, is his uncle Ramon that his pictorial corpus development in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Following the paternal footsteps, he began studying cello, but decided to use plastic to discover his true vocation arts. At that time there lived in Paris i began its formative stage in the current post-impressionist style to which he remained faithful throughout his entire career. Pichot was twenty when he exhibited for the first time. Then, through various exhibitions it will be unveiled in Spain and in Europe. In March 1954 he exhibited at the "Circulo de Bellas Artes" in Madrid and soon his work would be accepted in the United States, in New York.
