Ashkal collection a sculptural designer mirror is a limited-edition collectible mirror that transforms the nostalgic language of vintage vanity objects into a refined contemporary design statement. Originally conceived for the Sursock Museum store in Beirut, the collection pays tribute to the museum’s opening in the early 1960s while reinterpreting the geometric stained-glass details found throughout its historic façade. The name “Ashkal,” meaning “shapes” or “forms” in Arabic, reflects the collection’s exploration of pure geometry through circle, square, rectangle, oval, pentagon, and triangle silhouettes.
