Inspired by antique European luxury cabinet and reworked in a contemporary style, the cabinet de salon Corde materializes from the Stefano Trapani's idea of creating a refined, modern piece of furniture using the ancient inlay tecnique of wood marquetry. The dialogue that takes place between materials and form represent the hearth of Corde cabinet, an interplay of exquisite elements wich connect it to a higher dimension, the artistic one, where design and art are the main protagonists. Features Crafted in Italy by Hebanon's master cabinet, the exterior marquetry is made in whitened birdseye maple wood with strips of black ash. The interior is a balance of geometries and volumes, achived using various exceptional materials, such as onyx, artistic glass, dichroic glass, mirror, metal and wood inlay. Conveying a timeless allure, the design features a main frame of fine myrtle burl supported by cylindrical cedar legs arranged in groups of three and two.
