He was an assiduous participant in the artistic and cultural movements of his time, and unfortunately died prematurely in a tragic car accident in New York. Prominent among his most iconic and futuristic achievements is the Serpente sofa prototype with certificate, a work of art consisting of several modules held together by a tube and totally swiveling. This sofa is extremely rare and has reached high quotations in the world's most important auction houses. We are dealing with a piece of exceptional importance, as it is a prototype that never entered the market and always belonged to the designer's family.
