Victor Roux-Champion Art
1871-1953
Victor Roux-Champion was a French painter that lived from 1871 to 1953. He went to Paris to study painting, first at the Académie Colarossi and then under Bouguereau at the Académie Julian until 1892. Victor studied engraving under Auguste and Eugène Delattre. He was a painter, draughtsman, watercolorist, engraver and potter. Victor's favorite subjects included landscapes, flowers, fruit and figures.
