Christine So is an American printmaker, photographer and painter living in the hills across the bay from San Francisco. She works in acrylics and cyanotype, the blue and white antique photographic process. Though best known for her cyanotype photographs of forests shrouded in fog, she produces radically different effects with the same medium. Of note are her paintings on paper using the light-sensitive cyanotype solution within which she then prints a pattern.
