By Maison Baguès
Located in London, GB
This lovely chandelier was made in France in the 1960s in the style of Maison Baguès.
The elegant gilt metal frame is trimmed with glass leaves. There are 6 arms.
A variety of glass pieces - from the icicles to the glass sphere - which beautifully finishes the drop of this really pretty chandelier.
Draped between the arms are strands of clear crystal beads, with long faceted crystal pendants hanging down that catch and refract light.
A classic mid-20th-century European look — ornate but not overly heavy — combining gilded metal, delicate crystal details, and a graceful, symmetrical shape. It would fit beautifully in a traditional, French country, or antique-inspired interior.
Rewired. The plain card candles on the bulb fittings can be replaced with 'drip effect' ones. Whichever you prefer.
