About Silvana Ilieva
Silvana Ilieva is a European contemporary artist working in painting and mixed media. Her multidisciplinary practice spans abstract drawing and sculptural objects created from organic materials. Nature functions as material, subject, and conceptual foundation in her collectible contemporary art and statement works. She has participated in international exhibitions and residencies, receiving awards for her work, and is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists (UBA). Born in Sofia in 1989, she holds degrees in Painting and Fiber Arts from leading art institutions.
