Having furnished their French Quarter hotel, The Soniat House and multiple private residences throughout New Orleans, Rodney and Frances Smith's love of antique acquisition has never abated. In 1996 they opened Soniat House Antiques Gallery within their hotel, filled with a handpicked collection of 18th, 19th, and 20th Century French, English, and Italian furniture, light fixtures, and decorative objects.
