Summer Loftin Antiques is an Atlanta-based antique store that is captivating the interior design world with its fearless sense of style one eclectic piece at a time. Summer, the company's founder, is admired for her dexterous way of reinterpreting the antiques she grew up with now using them in a unique and modern setting.
Summer Loftin Antiques provides curated antiques to discerning collectors and to home owners seeking heirloom-quality pieces that reflect their lifestyles. “Antiques infuse a residence with the character and quality of the ages. Caring for an object means expressing appreciation for the individuals who crafted it and passed it down.”
Summer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Mississippi, an experience that taught her that “collecting is not about owning things. It is about being a steward of tradition and a patron of the arts.” To continue her passion, Summer studied appraising at the University of Georgia.
At the age of 23, Summer began traveling to Europe to procure antiques, and increasing demand from private clients led her to open her store in 2010. The hand-selected unique objects from the U.S. and Europe, ranging from 18th Century to Modern, make this store one of exclusivity and style. Summer Loftin Antiques sells and ships to clients worldwide.
