About Ugne Pouwell
Ugne Pouwell is a Lithuanian fine-art photographer based in Vilnius after more than a decade in London. Working primarily with large- and medium-format black-and-white film, Ugne explores impermanence, memory and the traces left by human presence. Moving between botanical forms, landscape, the body and abstraction, she photographs subjects at the threshold of transformation.
