About JWS Interiors
Launched in 2006, Jennifer Wagner Schmidt opened JWS Interiors after realizing her calling as an interior decorator. Serving both Washington, D.C. and New York City (as well as other domestic locations) focusing on high-end residential design, Jennifer’s design philosophy is to create timeless, beautiful, and practical spaces. Relying on the tenets of luxury and quality combined with a modern style honed over the years working with politicos, entrepreneurs, and business owners, she is able to translate great design into sophisticated interiors that reflect her clients’ lifestyles.
ELLE Decor, HGTV Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, and Veranda have all recognized her work. In 2015, Harper’s Bazaar named her an inspiring woman for its annual “Fabulous At Every Age” contest. Jennifer has garnered a large social media following of more than 140,000 followers which allowed her to reach new clients, start partnerships and become a brand ambassador for powerhouse decor companies including Ralph Lauren Home, Z Gallerie, Stainmaster Carpet, and more. In 2016, a six-brand design collective–which included KitchenAid, Delta Faucet, and Schlage Locks–hired her to help design and renovate a Soho loft.
