Thomas Waterman is a scarce maker of Tunbridge ware, and his label is certainly a rare find. Although his address changed from Grafton House to the High Street in 1859, Brian Austen sugggests that he was at least trading from Grafton House for longer as all of his labelled pieces bear the Grafton House address.
