This fine antique early Victorian sterling silver tea caddy has an octagonal panelled baluster shaped form onto a spreading collet foot.
Each panel of this fine tea caddy is embellished with bright cut engraved angular interlacing ribbon designs, incorporating four vacant shaped cartouches.
This early Victorian tea caddy is fitted with a lock ornamented with decorative rose head fitments.
This impressive caddy has a hallmarked domed panelled cushion style hinged cover embellished with further bright cut engraved interlacing designs accented with floral motifs.
The cover is surmounted by the original cushion shaped silver finial ornamented with scaled bright cut engraved decoration reflecting that of the cover.
