- Condition:Very good, solid and sound condition throughout. Everything is painted metal except the front door which is solid teak. The leather hinges are good and the glass transome windows which say "Telephone" are in tact. The bottom of the door has some peeling paint and will need to be scraped and painted once in its new permanent location. This weighs 2000 pounds, easily.
